Transformation of Schaeffler GmbH into Schaeffler AG has been Finalized

The transformation of Schaeffler GmbH into a stock corporation (Schaeffler AG) announced by the Supervisory Board in September became effective with the entry in the Commercial Register on October 13. Schaeffler GmbH is now called Schaeffler AG.
