Training Course Help Wafangdian Bearing Producers Out Trouble
The Service Center for Medium & Small-sized Enterprise (SCMSE) in Dalian and Wafangdian Economic Development Administration (WEDA) jointly organized a training course in ZWZ-KOYO Bearing Co.,Ltd, spreading practical knowledges and skills about CNC machine tools to nearly a hundred machine operators from ZWZ-KOYO and other four bearing producers in Wafangdian city.
Although the course has not been finished, remarkable achievements have been made in the enterprises, especially in ZWZ-KOYO, where the 40 million yuan's worth of ever-halted machines begin running at its full capacity.
And in other enterprises, the advanced equipments that no one can operate before have put into production; orders for bearings with high technology content and added value become acceptable.
In recent years, medium and small-sized enterprises in Dalian have developed rapidly. To strengthen themself in terms of technical innovation and accelerate progress, those enterprises introduced CNC machine tool, applying it to wide areas.
However, there are no ideal human resources for the well application of CNC machines in the enterprises. With the shortage of professional personnels, some enterprises employed highly-paid operators; others only used basic functions of the costly machine and some even laid it aside. In short, lots of advanced equipments can not be made good use of.
Aiming to solve this problem, the SCMSE and WEDA decided to organize a CNC Machine Tools training course, cultivating more professional personnels for the medium and small enterprises.
Students of this course are mainly from five bearing makers in Wafangdian city. All lessons are teached by professors from famous universities in China. And the courses are focused on
