TMB Announces Capital Injection in Two Companies
TMB( Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Co., Ltd.) announced a RMB 300,699,000 capital injection into Qiqihar Heavy CNC Equipment Corp., Ltd. After the capital injection, the Company would hold a 65.12% stake in Qiqihar Heavy CNC Equipment Corp., Ltd. and becomes its controlling shareholder.
The Company also announced a RMB 57.66 million capital injection into a Beijing-based axle company ---Beijing People Bearing Factory (BPBF). After the capital injection, the Company would hold an 86.41% stake in BPBF, up from the previous 67.03%.
