Timken India Says Media Report On Delisting Speculative

Timken India Ltd. (522113.BY) said Monday a media report about the company being delisted from the Indian stock exchanges was speculative and declined to further comment on it.

Earlier in the day local business channel CNBC-TV18, citing unnamed sources, reported that Timken India would be delisted.

Timken India is a unit of bearings and specialty steel products maker Timken Co. (TKR).
