TIMKEN Establish Scholarship in BUAA



Nov.1, TIMKEN contributed a set of bearing for civil aviation liner to Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautisc(BUAA) and held the establishing ceremony for "TIMKEN-BUAA Scholarship" in Zhuhai city. Mr. Ron Menning, vice president-aerospace TIMKEN, Mrs Tang xiaoqing and Mr. Fei fujun, both vice principal of BUAA, attended the signing ceremony.

Besides, Vice secretary of International Exchange & Cooperation Secretary of Commission of Science Technology and Industry for National Defense, Mrs. Cui zhihua, also participated the ceremony to congratulate the collaboration.

As a well-known domestic university featuring multi-subjects, open and research-based, BUAA has been regarded as a base to train elites for aerospace industry. The partnership with TIMKEN is a win-win action which can cultivate more professional personnel.

This cooperation is a international exchange with mutual-benefit to both parties' aerospace industry, will lay a foundation for further cooperation in more fields.
