Sometimes due to size and dimensions of the bearing block hole of measurements do not accurately or does not meet the standard requirements of the mating surfaces roughness, resulting in excessive interference fit, make housing washers are very squeeze, causing the TIMKEN bearing radial clearance reduction itself, bearing rotation problems, fever, increased wear or blockage, caused serious bearing both within and outside the circle at the time of installation.
When the bearing temperature rise, first determine whether the malfunction, as did rise, should be dealt with as follows:
(1). check the cooling water pressure, flow and pipe systems are normal. If low water pressure may be filter clogged, not processed in a timely manner, can shut down, when the confirmation work, again put into use.
(2). Governor oil pressure should be checked, if oil pressure may lead to cooling water hydraulic valve is closed.
(3). check for abnormal noise TIMKEN bearings, and test the swing bearing is abnormal.
(4). take oil samples observation of oil color is changing, and tests to see if spoilage. If confirmed when the deterioration, downtime should be replaced with new oil.
(5). check oil oil level is normal, if it is not, check whether the tank Vent valve close. If you have already rolled, oil to be filled, if it is a sealant gasket oil leakage, should stop processing.
