Three technologies of Shandong Yuanda Die Materials passed the provincial new product appraisal

Recently, Shandong Yuanda Die Materials Co., Ltd.'s three technologies, i.e., the granular bainitic steel combined frog wing rail, the hot die B3R steel and its manufacturing process as well as the composite process technology for improvement in the service life of hot die steel successfully passed the provincial new product appraisal.

The granular bainitic steel combined frog wing rail, one of the provincial-level technology innovation projects, is manufactured with the electroslag remelting technology and advanced forging process, thus the purity and density of the material and other technical performance indicators have reached the international advanced level; the hot die B3R steel and the composite process technology for improvement in the service life of hot die steel can effectively improve the wear and corrosion resistance capacity of materials and products, thus greatly improves the quality and life of products made of such material.
