Three production lines from Zhejiang Dongsheng Bearing Co., Ltd were put into production this June, the production capacity of bearings reached more than 100,000 sets in the first month.
With the total investment of 188 million yuan, Zhejiang Dongsheng Bearing Co., Ltd specialised in the production of high precision bearings. To strive for the earlier production, the company overcame a lot of difficulties on bearing manufacturing equipment.
He Jiaming, the minister of the Technology & Quality Department from Zhejiang Dongsheng Bearing Co., Ltd said that the company began to build last August, and so far, three production lines have been installed & debugged, meanwhile also be formaly put into production.
Now three production lines have already run normally, which is undergoing the implementation of TS16949 quality system certification.
Furthermore, the company will also keep in touch with the equipment manufacturers for mutual monitoring. It is expected that the company will complete six production lines by the end of this year, in the meawhile, to fully complete the I phase project.
By then, the annual production capacity of bearing could achieve 7 million sets after the I phase project has been fully completed. At the same time, the annual production capacity of high precision bearing will reach 12 million sets after the whole project has been put into operation with the annual sales revenue of 240 million yuan.
