2 use the sleeve installation
The method and installation of KOYO bearing the same reason the copper. 4 heating installation
For the installation of a large amount of surplus KOYO bearing or large size bearing, in order to facilitate the installation, can use the principle of heat expansion and cold contraction, the bearing heating in the tank after the copper rod, sleeve and a hammer to install. Heating temperature control in 100 ℃, 80-90 ℃ appropriate. When the temperature is too high, easy to cause the bearing ring raceway and rolling body annealing effect, hardness and wear resistance, resulting in bearing life and reduce premature retirement.
