The Workgroup from All China National Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) visited HRB

On March 1, under the leadership of the vice-president and secretary of the Secretariat,Dun Hou and the inspector and vice minister of the Organization Department and group leader of the Workgroup, Su Bin, and accompanied by the executive vice president, Chun Lu and the president of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Pu Yi, the "face to face, heart to heart, to service the workers at the grassroots level" workgroup from National Federation of Trade Unions, visited Harbin Bearing Group Co. Ltd. for condolence and research.

Ji Bin, the secretary of the Party committee under Harbin Bearing Group Co. Ltd., Xu Kui, the deputy general manager, Zhu Xiuli, the secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and union president, etc. warmly welcomed the arrival of their superiors. Immediately, the Workgroup first convened a forum of management personnel.The top leaders from each unit made reports within their own actual business scope on several aspects, including the production and operation status as well as the prominent problems; labor relations in the enterprises, the mechanism of labor dispute mediation and the company activities to create harmonious labor relations; the ways for the trade union to promote enterprise development, etc.



After the meeting, all leaders came to HRB Book Store and presented at the donation ceremony.

The Workgroup also held a worker symposium for the front-line and needy workers. They listened to the evaluation and opinions of workers to the trade union work in private; the attitudes and perceptions of the hot issues of law and order, corruption, income disparity, housing security, health care, education system, food safety and social integrity; worker employment, wages, income, social security, production safety, labor protection, education and training, staff housing, children's education and other outstanding problems.

In the afternoon, the group drove to HRB family area and visited the municipal model worker, Peng Xiufen and the needy workers including Siu Ying, Chen Yiyong, Wang Lianpu, Li Chunpu and Meng Li.
