The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) today announced the acquisition of Interlube Systems Ltd.., The latter mainly for mid-market industry manufacture and sales of automatic lubrication supply system and related components, including commercial automobile, construction, mining, heavy industry and general industrial and other fields.
