The Technical Innovation Made Huaxing Bearing Forging Co., Ltd to a New Stage

In recent years, Huaxing Bearing Forging Co., Ltd has put more efforts to accelerate technical innovation, updated the old equipment, and introduced advanced technology which has enhanced the core competitiveness of the company. Huaxing Bearing Forging Co., Ltd was founded in 2001, and mainly provide services for the large bearing plants in the beginning. But the company gradually realized that it could not survive the fierce market competition just by providing low-end services, thus the company made a long-term development goal to lock their cooperation partner target at the largest bearing manufacturing enterprise in China---Zhejiang C & U Group, however, it is not an easy task to obtain the recognition by the C & U Group.

Huaxing Bearing Co., Ltd annually invested more than five million yuan on the technical transformation since in the year of 2006, gradually eliminated the backward production capacity. Meanwhile, the company introduced the advanced intermediate frequency heating forging proess, and replaced old high coal & electricity consumption annealing furnace with new environmental & energy-saving ones. Additionally, the company annually could save 3,600 tons of coal after the technical innovation project was put into operation, meanwhile the output & quality of the products also has been improved.

This year, Huaxing Bearing Forging Co., Ltd obtained the A-level supplier qualification from Zhejiang C & U Group, in addition, the company invested additional 30 million yuan and added about 10 automatic production line after making benefits from the technical innovation project. Currently, the implementation of this project has been well progressed.

"Now, the plant construction progress has reached 50%, and we prepared to totally add the whole 10 automatic assembly line, meanwhile the manual could be reduced by 80% compared with the old equipment......Next year, the sales revenue could reach 90 million yuan after added the new equipment." said Hua Mushui, the general manager of Huaxing Bearing Forging Co., Ltd.

The sales income in Huaxing Bearing Forging Co., Ltd has achieved 17.82 million yuan from Juanuary to September of this year, which increased by 125% compared with the same period of last year.
