In recent years, Yushan bearing enterprises have made technical innovation and investment increasing as the important task to implement, totally invested about 100 million yuan for the technical innovation in recent five years, and in 2009, it invested more than 40 million yuan for the equipment updating and technical transformation & innovation. Moreover, the enterprises have newly added five automatic production line for the vehicle parts, heating treatment, etc., meanwhile added about 110 automatic precision CNC grinding machines, which made bearing qualification rate increased to 98% from the original 80%, further improved the overall market competitiveness for "Yushan bearing".
Ke Lun Co., Ltd has invested 0.32 million yuan for introducing the domestic most advanced ultrasonic cleaning production line to improve the products quality; Tianchang Bearing Co., Ltd has changed its original semi-automatic grinding machine into the automatic CNC grinding machine, which made the sales revenue and the total tax increased by 60% in the first nine months compared with the same period of last year. At the same time, Jiangxi Yushan Feiyang Bearing Factory, Jiangxi Kanghua Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd, Yushan Yufeng Bearing Co., Ltd, Yushan Tezhong Bearing Co., Ltd and other bearing plants also expanded the equipment upgrading, increased the technical transformation & products development from forgings, steel, car parts, grinding equipment, molecular compounds, plastic tube packaging, seals, shields and prosthetic components to the finished products industrial chain.
