Recently, the special wind power gearbox bearing testing machine with the independent intellectual property rights from LYC has been tested, and all its technical performance indicators have met the design requirments after the installation debugging and load testing. It has marked the successful development of the testing machine, meawhile has filled the gap in the domestic bearing industry.
This testing machine could complete the test of total 18 sets of bearing within the below 3 MW wind power speed-increasing gearbox, which has not only provided necessary test equipment & test methods for wind power speed-increasing gearbox bearing, but also provided important experimental data for bearing design & transformation, meanwhile provided key judgment criterion for bearing products' processing method validation, and thus to enhance the quality & level of the wind power speed-increasing gearbox bearing products.
