The Largest High-end Seamless Steel Pipe Production Base Officially Put into Operation in Henan

The largest high-end seamless steel pipe production base in Henan Province - Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Co., Ltd 159 rolling steel pipe project was put into operation in Linzhou City on November 28, at the same time, Linzhou Guangyuan solar photovoltaic glass project with the investment of 2.5 billion yuan also started to construct. Chen Xuefeng, the vice governer of Henan Province attended the commissioning and groundbreaking ceremony.

The total investment for 159 rolling mill project from Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Co., Ltd was 1.2 billion yuan, adopted the world most advanced three-roll mandrel pipe mill for its main rolling mill, which has filled the gap for Henan Province on this project. With the key products of oil well pipe, bearing tube and other high-end seamless steel pipe, the annual sales revenue will achieve 4 billion yuan, meanwhile the tax & profit will reach 300 million yuan after this project has been fully put into operation.

Linzhou Guangyuan solar photovoltaic glass project used the international advanced vacuum magnetron sputtering coating and calendering technology, introduced online automatic detection tracking technology, full-line DSC automatic control technology, thus to make the processing equipment has reached the international advanced level. After this project has been fully completed, it will produce various high-tech, building energy conservation & environmental protection products with the annual capacity of 36 million square meters photovoltaic glass and 16 million square meters antireflection film glass, which will provide strong support for photovoltaic industrial base development in Anyang City.
