The Groundbreaking of Changjiang Bearing (Shanghai) Forging Base

The groundbreaking ceremony for Changjiang Bearing (Shanghai) Forging Base, a joint venture facility among Shanghai Automobile Gear Works of SAIC Group, Shanghai Baojie Automobile Components and Parts Forging Co., Ltd and Chongqing Changjiang Bearing Co., Ltd, was grandly held in Baojie on Feb 18, 2009.

The new facility will be engaged in forging high speed & precision automobile components and parts when it formally comes online over a year later.

The main leaders of the three parties, the related principals of China Forge Association and Shanghai Forge Association as well as some important clients were invited to attend this royal ceremony, totally over 80 people. This cooperation was reported to be significantly & historically meaningful to these three sides.
