The First Domestic Largest Full Fiber Steel Crankshaft Successfully Launched off Assembly Line

The first domestic largest full fiber steel crankshaft successfully launched off assembly line in CSR Ziyang Co., Ltd on November 20, with the weight of 5.375 tons, length of 6.735 meters, installed power of 9,000 kw, it has filled up the gap of V-type 32/40 crankshaft from its forging, heat treatment to machinery processing, meanwhile broken out the situation for relying on imported crankshaft for long term.

It is learned that this newly developed crankshaft from CSR Ziyang Co., Ltd can be widely used in large generator set, marine main & auxiliary machinery and other fields. The first batch of this type of crankshaft has been purchased by users after launched off assembly line, in the meanwhile, it will appears at Marintec China 2011 which will be held in Shanghai by the end of November.
