The first China Railway TBM main drive thin-walled ring was successfully launched(pic)

At the end of Jun, 2016, China Railway TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) main drive thin-walled ring was off the assembly line of Ma'anshan Fangyuan slewing ring Co., Ltd and was checked and accept by the customer after three months’ study, test, trial, and formal production. 

Each China Railway TBM main drive thin-walled ring contains 15 models of spares, including primary drive plate with complex structure, thin wall inner and outer sealing surface hardening track, and inside and outside seal spacer with extra-thin and positioned dimension etc. The series of part is a large thin-wall part which has high requirement of rough material, on-site production control, process monitoring, heat treatment and surface treatment etc.
