The FERSA Center of Bearing Excellence (CBE) has Introduced a New Test Validation System

The FERSA Center of Bearing Excellence (CBE) has introduced a new test validation system. It is an endurance test bench specified for bearings of up to 200 mm exterior diameter. It can test two bearings with axial and radial loads of up to 16 t simultaneously and can reach rotation speeds of 6000 rpm.

The system allows online control of the process and monitors variables such as vibration and temperature consistently throughout the entire test.

The system was specifically designed for optimal function versatility and speed of tool change-over to allow for the validation of a growing number of different product references.

With the investment of over 200,000#8364; Fersa has added the ninth test bench to its Network for Bearing Exellence (NBE) in Asia and Europe.
