The Export of Bearings in Cixi of Zhejiang Province had a Significant Increase in the First Half Year of 2010

According to the statistics from Ningbo Custom,the bearings exported in Cixi achieved 0.62 billion pieces in the first half of this year, valued $0.18 billion in total, increased by 75.3% and 74.6% respectively compared with 2009. The export output take up 71.5% in the whole output of Cixi, which is more than the average level.

In the process of exporting ,the general trading way occupy 99.9% of the whole export output .India and the E.U. are the two top export markets, both of their export output achieve 0.13 billion pieces, increased by 70.7% and 89.1% respectively. The products are mainly about medium quality ones, the deep groove ball bearings export 0.59 billion pieces, increased by 75.6%, take up 93.7% of the whole export output. It is reported that the average price of export bearings in China is 36.2% of the import bearings in 2009, effected by anti-dumping barriers of foreign countries for many times. The experts suggested that bearing industry in Ningbo should transform the system quickly, increase the investment of new products and also enhance the value of products.
