The Demand Value of China Bearing Industry Will Reach A New Height Again in 2011

As the production of durable goods growing rapidly, especially the development of motor vehicles and industrial machinery, the increase of China's bearing market has ranked on the top of the world. According to the industry survey firm The Freedonia Group's analysis report about Chinese bearing market forecast, China's bearing demand will increase 13.8% per year and it will reach 125 billion yuan in 2011, this amount will reach a new height.

In 2011, the application of OEM bearing will still account for more than four fifths of the total demand. The development of some equipment manufacturing markets are particularly strong, such as automobile, industrial machinery, electronic appliances, construction equipment, mining and oilfield. The MRO bearing demand will increase in the driven of the bearing application equipment, it is expected that the growth rate of the motor vehicle maintenance will be the fastest.

In addition, the bearing without block will create the largest increase, which mainly due to the production of motor vehicles and industrial as well as the increase of OEM and aftermarket demand.

The growth rate of the ordinary bearing without block and the bearing with block will exceed the average level. The plain bearing demand will benefit from its main market -- the growth of the motor vehicles and industrial machinery production. The ordinary bearing design has got continuous promotion, but its price is lower than the rolling bearing, so the sales can be increased. The sale of the bearing with block has also increased with the drive of the industrial production (especially the construction , mining and oil markets).

At present the imported account for nearly one fourth of the total demand, while the exported bearings account for one fourth of the total shipment. The bearing shipment is expected to exceed the domestic bearing demand and reach 128 billion yuan, up 14.4% a year.
