The bearing alloy steel grit developed by Fujian Duoling Steel Group Co., Ltd has made a figure and well received in shipbuilding industry. It has been adopted by 18 companies in China with total sales of almost 1 million tons since it was lanched in the second half of last year.
As introduced by the principle, the company has held orders of more than 4000 tons which is two times over last year, meanwhile more than 30 shipbuilding companies has intention to by the grit.
The bearing alloy steel grit developed and produced by Fujian Duoling Steel Group Co., Ltd is produced through choosing the scrap from the non-cast bearing steel, then being quenched and broken, and being tempered, which has a pointedness shape, with good wear resistance and impact toughness.
The pointedness steel grit will be grinded smoothly, which is ideal for the oxidation removal and cleaning of the surface and strenthening work. Also it has obvious effect for improving efficiency of abrasive blasting, quality of coating, and reducing consumption of paint, kinetic energy and abrasive.In addition, it can extend the life of wearing parts.
Shipbuilding companies has increasing requirement for the quality of abrasive and performance of abrasive blasting and polishing along with the implement of the new standard and regulation for shipbuilding.
