Testing Laboratory of MOS Group Corporation Limited submitted formal application for laboratory accreditation to China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (hereafter refered to as CNAS) on April 19, 2012, which means the Testing Laboratory of MOS Group has entered the evaluation stage.

Testing Laboratory of MOS Group Corporation Limited is composed of a comprehensive room, a measurement room, a checkout room, a material room and a test room. The existing laboratory area is 996 m2 (wherein the test site is 771 m2), and the total fixed assets is about 8 million yuan; there are 22 employees, eleven of who have a college education (50%), three are senior engineers and four engineers.

The main detecting instruments and test equipment equiped in the Testing Laboratory include Taylor Hobson (UK) surface roughness profiler and roundness tester, universal projection length meter, vertical & horizontal optical projection meters, image precision mapper; oxygen analyzer, silicon-manganese-phosphorus analyzer and carbon-sulfur analyzer; metallurgical microscope, optical microscope; microhardness sclerometer, Brinell, Vicker and Rockwell hardness testers; steel ball compression testing machine; Japan Anderon bearing vibrometer, bearing vibration (acceleration) tester, bearing vibration (speed) tester, radial bearing clearance gauge; high-temperature high-speed variable load tester for automotive generator bearing, bearing fatigue life tester, seal performance (dustproof, grease leak, temperature rise) and anti-splash performance tester for bearing, high and low temperature shock test chamber for bearing, etc.
