In the election of 2004 Highly Skilled Talents in Machinery Industry in Beijing, Zhong shuanghong, Li shuqian and Wang shenji, all from ZWZ Group, were selected as the highly skillled talents in machinery industry. On July 28, they came back from beijing with the honor they won and they were warmly welcomed by the whole ZWZ. Mr. Wang lushun, president of ZWZ, announced that every ZWZers should model themselves on them and dedicate to the company's development.
Mr. Zhong shuanghong, electrician of ZWZ, are good at repairing large import equipments, CNC equipments and technical transform. In the past years, he handled more than 60 equipments' upgrading work, 210 technical innovation projects, countless emergency repair of various equipments. So far he has saved about RMB16.7 million yuan through his repairing works for the company. For many times, he was selected as model worker, highly skilled worker and people with outstanding contribution etc.
Mr. Li shuqian is an expert in heat treatment technology in ZWZ. More than 110 equipments were upgraded or repaired by him. His upgrading and repairing works gained the company an additional profit over RMB4 million yuan. Also he had won so many titles for his excellent skills, such as Outstanding Skill Talents of Dalian City, National Excellent Skillman in Machinery Industry etc.
Mr. Wang shengji is the bearing lathe operator of ZWZ. His achievements also saved a good deal of money for the company and made great contribution to the quality and service-life of ZWZ products. One of his achievements had won the Provincial Scientific Technology Achievement Award.
