TIMKEN bearing heater by dry cold mains-frequency induction heating device referred to as the host and control devices.
Heater works:
1, short circuit heating: host for a special structure of transformer, move the yoke iron heated up to directly put TIMKEN bearings or other artifacts. Work, apply power to the host, the workpiece (equivalent to Deputy winding) induced short-circuit current and heated.
Installation and commissioning
2, place the yoke iron in the host on the end surface of the iron core.
3, check the wiring of the plug and socket are the same grounding should be good, and then plug into the power socket on the control switch.
4, set the function select switch to the hand position, the power, red light is on.
5, press the Start button, the host power, put out when the Green led is lit red light; press the stop button, red light green light was put out. At this point, debug end can be put to use.
Procedure:
1, according to the TIMKEN bearing inside diameter and choose the appropriate yoke iron, bearing the yoke iron placed on the string set to host the iron core on the face should match the amalgamation.
2, in the heating process, temperature measurement of bearing inner ring surface temperature rise. When the temperature meets the requirements, time count, stop heating, remove the yoke iron, remove the bearing Assembly.
3, continuous heating of the same specification bearing, when the function selection switch to position, set the heating time, when TIMKEN bearings were heating up to the set time that is auto-power off.
4, after the work is completed, set the function select switch to the stop position, cut off.
