TIMKEN bearing heater by dry cold mains-frequency induction heating device referred to as the host and control devices.
Heater works:

Installation and commissioning

Procedure:

2, in the heating process, temperature measurement of bearing inner ring surface temperature rise. When the temperature meets the requirements, time count, stop heating, remove the yoke iron, remove the bearing Assembly.
3, continuous heating of the same specification bearing, when the function selection switch to position, set the heating time, when TIMKEN bearings were heating up to the set time that is auto-power off.
4, after the work is completed, set the function select switch to the stop position, cut off.
