VANCOUVER , Nov. 18, 2014 /CNW/ - SST Wireless Inc. announced that it has entered in to a partnership with enCompass Solutions Group Ltd. to distribute SST's unique wireless industrial heat sensor technology to customers in Canada , United States and Brazil. The companies have also collaborated to integrate SST's Control Module directly to select third party Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The first integrated system using Allen Bradley control systems will debut at the Rockwell Automation Fair in Anaheim, California on November 19, 2014 .
The distribution agreement leverages enCompass's expertise and experience to deliver and support the product for systems integrators and customers. The integrated product delivers convenience for customers with plug and play installation with existing control systems.
SST's Wireless Industrial Heat Detection (WIHD) system directly measures the temperature of critical components such as bearings, rollers and presses without the need for complex installation and wiring.

SST's heat sensors offer accuracy and reliability in a very convenient small form factor that is easy to install. Depending on user defined settings, the sensors have a battery life of over a year and are rated up to 125o Celsius / 257o Fahrenheit. The product has been quickly adopted by leaders in wood pellet and forestry sectors with practical applications across any industry that needs to wirelessly monitor temperatures to improve safety and optimize output.
