SMTCL Signed Strategic Agreement with Tri-Ring Group

On Jan. 8th, Shenyang Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. (SMTCL) has signed strategic agreement with Tri-Ring Group to implement the association between strong enterprises and provide strong power for propelling the further development of the two companies.

SMTCL mainly manufactures and sells various CNC metal-cutting machine tools and processing center, etc., which has two listed companies: Shenyang Machine Tool (000410) and Kunming Machine Tool (600806). SMTCL is the largest machine tool manufacturer in China and is the national CNC machine tool industrialization base. The sales of the company in 2009 reached 12 billion RMB.

Tri-Ring Group is a large provincial manufacturing enterprise to which State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration of Hubei Provincial People
