SKF Signed Agreement on Establishing Strategical Cooperation Relation

On Sept. 18th, SKF and Baosteel have signed an agreement on establishing strategical cooperation relation in Shanghai. Since 1997, the two parties have been business partners. In 2008, the two companies have set up jointly invested company, and SKF supplied industrial service to Baosteel.

This agreement will supply a platform for the SKF and Baosteel to establish the preferential provider/customer. Under this agreement, the businesses on which the two parties will cooperate include the enhancement of the cooperation on existing business and management of worry-free operation, cooperation on establishment of new project, continuable development of Baosteel, construction of green Baosteel, special steel and HR development.
