SKF Nankou Railway Bearings Co., Ltd Visit CNR
In the presence of Pang Guide, Manufacturing Dept. Manager of Beijing Nankou SKF Railway Bearings Co., Ltd and representative of SKF Group, a total of 17 staff paid a two-day visit to CNR Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock ( Group) Co., Ltd.
Accompanied by Pan Zhigang, Assistant Chief Engineer of CNR and other leaders concerned, the team visited the Exhibition Hall, the Truck Branch, Machining Workshop, Wheel Bearing Workshop etc. of CNR. They also inspected the worksite management, logistics management, equipment maintenance, equipment management etc. and learned specific experience and measures from CNR.
This team also exchanged ideas with the technicians from Materials Department, Quality Testing Department etc. on matters of logistics system analysis, planning and design, organization of logistic information, equipment management system, management procedures etc.
