In order to provide automotive and heavy-duty technicians and fleet managers with additional information, SKF has launched a new social media campaign. The company added a Twitter page as well as a YouTube channel.
“Our goal for starting a social media program is to provide customers with useful product and technical information that can be accessed anytime, anywhere whether online at home or on a mobile device,” said Brian Jungmann marketing communications project leader. “We also encourage our social media followers to interact with us and to let us know what new information they want to receive.”
SKF’s social media content will provide instructional installation videos, technical tips and product information.
