SKF India Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & 49th AGM

SKF India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 07, 2010 to April 13, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 23, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.352, down by Rs.1.90 or 0.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.353 and low of Rs.349.10.
