SKF Cooperate with Xingcheng Steel
August 29, Mrs. Lovisa.Soderhome, global purchase president of SKF, and purchase manager of SKF China, visited Xingcheng Steel, having a tour of their Binjiang production line and quality ensuring center. Later Mrs. Soderhome signed the agreement with Mr. Yu yapeng, general manager of Xingcheng for a long-term cooperation.
Xingcheng Steel is a joint venture formed by Jiangyin Steel Works and Hong Kong CITIC Pacific Ltd. The company has entered into the 500 top operation scale enterprises of China since 1995 and ranked in the order of 355 in 2002.
With imported high quality special steel production line representing the current international advanced level, the company has become the national large scale special steel manufacturer of famous, high quality and special products including high standard bearing steel, gear steel, spring steel, billet steel, vehicle steel, anchor chain steel, military steel, cold-forging steel and structural steel etc.
With 3000 staff members, the company yeild 1.8 million tons of high quality special steel and 1.8 million tons of high quality special steel materials annually, of which bearing steel, gear steel and spring steel is in the front position of its kind in China.
