Using the SKF bearings temperature rise is likely to occur in the course of phenomena. When the SKF bearing temperature rise, first determine whether improper operation, if it rises, should be dealt with as follows:
1. check cooling water pressure, flow and pipe systems are normal. Low water pressure may be filter clogged, not processed in time, downtime, when the confirmation work, again put into use.
2. speed Governor oil pressure should be checked, if oil pressure may cause the cooling water of hydraulic valve to close.
3. inspect the linear bearings for any abnormal noise, and detect whether the swing of SKF bearings have an exception.
4. take the oil samples observed oil color changes, and for tests to see if bad. If confirmed when the deterioration, new oil should be down for replacement.
5. oil check oil level is normal, if normal, check that the tank Vent valve is secure. If you have secure, should oil supplement, if seal gasket oil leakage should stop processing.
