SKF bearing normal cleaning processes

1. SKF bearings need to be cleaned a lot of the time, first with temperature 90~100℃ thermal oil seal of hot-melt away, and then use the clean tool emptied inside the old oil, and then spraying scalding hot oil for a while before you flush the excess oil, final step hot gasoline spray it again.
2. When cleaning of SKF bearing surface, should choose clean solution such as petrol, kerosene, cleaning, confirm the wash then dry them with a clean cloth and then apply a thin layer of lubricating oil, and then you can install it in accordance with the standard installation process.
3. when ready, prepared to open SKF bearing package of all, the bearing should be placed in clean liquids such as gasoline and then gently with your hands outside the rotating bearing of a full set, so to clear the surface of the roof and debris inside the ball raceways.
