SKF and Baosteel Form Joint Venture

SKF and Baosteel Form Joint Venture

SKF China and Baosteel Equipment Repairing Co.,Ltd signed a contract on May 23 to form a joint venture, responsible for repairing bearings and related products in Baosteel Group.

According to the contract, the two sides will invest 22 million yuan to build the joint venture. About 30 staffs from SKF will be settled in the new company. SKF holds the controlling shares of the company.

Baosteel Group is one of the leading steel makers in China, with annual capacity over 22 million tons. The repairing company is responsible for Baosteel
