SKF announced the acquirement of the Businesses of Monitek Australia Pty Ltd and Monitek Holdings Pty Ltd.

Monitek Australia is a leading multi-site Predictive Maintenance Services Company and supplier of vibration monitoring services and wear debris analysis to the Mining industry.

This acquisition highlights the commitment of SKF Reliability Systems Australia to its SKF Reliability Systems Australia, a division of SKF, has acquired the Monitek businesses in Australia. Effective August 1, 2006ongoing strategy of specialist expertise in Predictive Maintenance Services and strengthens its position as a leading provider of these services to this industry.
