Siemens-TUTE Transmission Technology Lab Unveiled
Siemens-TUTE Transmission Technology Lab was unveiled shortly in Tianjin University of Technology & Education(TUTE). Present at the unveiling ceremony were He Weike, president of Siemens China and general manager of Siemens Automation and Transmission group, Chen chaoying, member of standing committee of Tianjin Municipal committee of the CPC and other leaders of TUTE.
According to Chen, Siemens had signed a letter of intent with TUTE, stipulating that both sides will cooperate in depth in areas of technology spreading, personnel exchange, staff training, graduates employment etc. The founding of this lab is an important step in executing the letter.
On the ceremony, He Weike was appointed as professor of honor of TUTE. And He said that Siemens will strengthen their all-round cooperation with TUTE, training more qualified talents through their advantages in technology and instructors.
At present, major facilities for the lab have been ready. So do the works of equipments assembling, configuration as well as compiling of textbooks for experiments.
