On the morning of October 17th, Zhou Ji, the party secretary of Shiyan city, and Zhang Weiguo, the deputy secretary and mayor of Shiyan city led the party and government delegation to visited New LYC, accompanied by Li Liushen, the deputy secretary and mayor of Luoyang city.
