Shanghai Prime Machinery Company Acquired Shanghai Insulation Material Factory

Shanghai Prime Machinery Co., Ltd. officially acquired Shanghai Insulation Material Factory Co., Ltd. in March 2012 after the completion of property transactions and change of industrial and commercial registration. Through this acquisition, the wholly owned and holding subsidiaries of Shanghai Prime is expanded to 9 and the business line is enlarged from machine components to basis materials.
