Shanghai Machine Tool Works Co.,Ltd Won Shanghai 2011 Key Product Quality Revitalization Research Achievement Award

Recently, "The Development and Application of High-speed and Ultra-high Speed Cylindrical Grinding Machine series" project Shanghai Machine Tool Works Co.,Ltd from won the second prize of Shanghai 2011 Key Product Quality Revitalization Research Achievement Award.

The award was jointly granted by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (SMBQTS) and Shanghai Municipal Commission Of Economy and Informatization, aiming to encourage enterprises to improve product quality, and keep up with international advanced level.

This project mainly developed the MGKS13, MGK13, MK13 series of high-speed, and ultra-high-speed precision CNC cylindrical grinders to meet the requirement of the automotive, rail transportation, rail transportation, aerospace and other industries. Its success symbolizes Shanghai Machine Tool Works Co.,Ltd has mastered the core technology of high-speed, ultra-high-speed precision grinding process, and built the research and development and testing platform of high-speed and ultra-high-speed precision CNC cylindrical grinders, formed the research and development and production base, and also strengthened the capacity and application of the high-speed, precision, and highly efficient CNC metal cutting machine tools.
