Shanghai Combat Counterfeit Bearings

Recently, Shanghai Bureau of Quality & Technical Supervision (SBQTS) sent two groups of staff to inspect two M.E. products stores in Huangpu district and Pudong New district. After on-the-spot examination of all products in the stores, the staff found some of the bearings were unqualified for too much magnetic substance content.

Additionally, according to further inspection by representatives from relevant bearing producers, bearings in the two stores were suspected of counterfeiting.

At last, the SBQTS staffs seized 941 bearings of 3 brands, covering about 80 types. Total value of the bearings was over RMB 60,000.
