The rollers dimension of E1 type is bigger than CC type bearings, the required speed is generally not very high, but the single load requirements are relatively high.
Our company adopts bainite quenching. The cage of E1 type has the advantages of stable design and low abrasion. The middle spacer is two semi-circles structure, it is convenient to dismantle and install the guidance of rollers and lubricant is more excellent than existing cage, the bearing can be applied to a quieter and lower temperature environment.
The E1 type bearings are widely used in large mechanical equipment such as: metallurgy, mine, oil field, papermaking, building and so on. The main series: 222series, 223series, 230series, 231series, 240 series and 241series.
As a result of the work and effort of our engineering team, Shandong Yujie Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd have recently managed to incorporate a sealed version to the family of spherical roller bearings with contact seals on both sides: single row self-aligning roller bearing. UXG SB222xx W33-SS and UXG SB223xx W33-SS Series Bearing.
For SB series bearings, the required range of aligning is not high, but the requirement of loading is very high. It can afford strong anti- impact. The bearing has seals on two sides thus can be applied to worse environment.
The bearings are widely used in printing machines, textile machines, beverage production line, and auto cigarette manufacturing line, auto machine and auto production line.
