Shandong Huamin Steel Ball co-developed a new product with Australia Institute of Grinding Balls

Shandong Huamin Steel Ball Co., Ltd. launched a high-carbon high-manganese alloy steel large diameter steel ball product jointly developed with Australia Institute of Grinding Balls in early October.

The surface hardness of the steel ball is up to HRC60, and the core hardness up to HRC55 or more; the difference between the innternal and external hardness is 2 times reduced; the overall hardness and toughness is 1.5 times increased; no breakage for 15,000 times in the 7.5 m drop test machine-destructive testing.

The company official said, "There are 20 large ball factories around the world, and only 10 of them have the technical strength to produce such steel balls."
