Seminar on Transformation and Upgrading of Bearing Industry Gathering Zone in Liaocheng, Shandong (fig)

On March 20, China Bearing Industry Association held in Liaocheng, held a seminar on transformation and upgrading of bearing industry gathering zone in Liaocheng, Shandong. Wang Jianyum, the director general of the Equipment Industry Division under State Ministry of Industry and Information, Wang Quanqing, the executive vice president and secretary general of China Bearing Industry Association, Zhou Yu, the deputy secretary general, and He Qun, the commissioner, attended the meeting. Leaders of local government authorities and industry associations from Heilongjiang, Liaoning (Wafangdian City), Zhejiang (Xinchang County),
Linxi County (Hebei), Henan (Luoyang City), Shandong (Linqing City) also attended the meeting.

The seminar was presided over by Wang Quanqing, the executive vice president and secretary general of China Bearing Industry Association.

During this meeting, the participants studied and implemented the documents including the Planning of Industry Transformation and Upgrading issued by State Council, "12th Five-Year" Development Plan of Machine Components, Basic Manufacturing Processes and Basic Materials and the Instruction Opinion about the Establishment of New-type Industrialization Demonstration Base issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The leaders of local government authorities and industry associations also dicussed about the development status and existing major problems of bearing industry in their regions guided by the thread of "12th Five-Year" Development.

After the conference, the delegates also attended the listing ceremony of "Town of Bearing Cages: Home Town of Zheng, Liaocheng" and visited Liaocheng Jindi Bearing Cage Co., Ltd.
