Selby takes charge of manufacturing operations

Mike Selby has joined Pacamor Kubar Bearings as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations.

In this position, he will be responsible for the factory and engineering efforts of the US-owned and operated ball bearing manufacturer.

'Mike's experience and reputation in the industry are an excellent fit for the markets we serve', said Augustine Sperrazza, CEO.
'His track record for streamlining operations fits well with our strategic plan for growth in new and underserved markets'.

Selby has been in the high precision miniature and instrument ball bearing industry for over 20 years, serving in a variety of manufacturing and engineering leadership roles.

Most recently, he served as Director of Operations for Smiths Industries, a global manufacturer of medical products.

He previously spent 18 years as a manager with Miniature Precision Bearings Corp (MPB) in Keene, New Hampshire, where he held a number of senior technical, marketing, and manufacturing positions.
Selby earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in mechanical engineering from Brunel University in London, England.

He and his family will be relocating from Keene to Troy.
