Seaborne’s Position As A Specialist Marine Technology And Environment Pr Consultancy Strengthened With New Clients
Seaborne Communications has secured PR agreements to provide strategic communications and media relations services to Subsea Industries, the manufacturer of the Ecospeed range of environmentally-safe protective coatings, and the newly formed Association of Bulk Terminal Operators (ABTO).
The new PR agreements help strengthen Seaborne Communication’s position as a leading PR consultancy specialising in the technical, environmental and operational aspects of the global shipping and offshore marine industries.
Patrik Wheater, Managing Director, Seaborne Communications, said: “We are delighted to represent Subsea Industries. Subsea Industries is a pioneer in the development of the hard coat type of marine coatings, which have proven to be the most environmentally-safe and cost-effective way of preventing hull fouling and corrosion. We are very much looking forward to working with the Subsea Industries team in ensuring that the wider maritime industry is fully aware of the benefits of this revolutionary coatings technology.
“We are similarly looking forward to helping position the newly formed Association of Bulk Terminal Operators as the foremost representative body for those organisations involved in the transportation of bulk commodities. ABTO has been set up to facilitate and encourage the free and frank exchange of opinion so that terminal operators can present a united front in all discussions affecting terminal operations.”
Since its formation in January this year, Seaborne’s client base has grown exponentially and, together with Subsea Industries and ABTO, includes Rolls-Royce, Thordon Bearings, ACO Marine and Oceanic Technical Solutions.
“With a growing client base it is hoped that Seaborne Communications will be in a position to expand further and move to new premises in 2017,” said Wheater.
