Exhibition for welding, cutting, coating, testing and protecting
The fair "Schweissen" is a trade fair for joining, cutting, coating, testing and protecting that takes place since 2015 every four years in Linz and at a two-year interval with the world's leading trade fair "Schweissen & Schneiden" in Essen. Linz is the strongest economy region in whole Austria and therefore the ideal place for a fair in this format. As the only trade event of the industry this fair is not only business and information platform but also provides opportunities for networking and knowledge transfer. Exhibitors will present practical solutions for prototype construction, industrial plant construction and small series and series production. Recent innovations in joining, cutting and coating technology are shown here as well as the latest techniques, machines, equipments and services related to welding technology. Visitors come from Austria and neighboring countries such as Germany and the Czech Republic and get the chance for interactive exchanges with buyers, technicians and users in the sector with the aim to establish new customer contacts to maintain existing business relationships and to present new products and the latest trends.
