Schaeffler headquarters in greater China II project groundbreaking

---Auto parts makers Schaeffler company today told the China business news said that phase II of its greater China headquarters in Shanghai Anting Foundation.
Schaeffler Automotive Division and Deputy General Manager for greater China President Zhang Yilin said that at present, Schaeffler has become greater China headquarters of Schaeffler in greater China Management Center, Technology Center, and sales and support centers, size ranked first in the Asia-Pacific region.
Shefole has more than 1000 employees at Headquarters in Anting. In order to better adapt to Schaeffler's long-term business development in China, the company decided to build the Schaeffler headquarters phase II project in greater China. The second phase of the project covers 10 acres, total construction area of 17,000 square meters, including office buildings, research and Development Center, a restaurant and parking, planned for end of August 2014 to complete construction. When completed, would alleviate the company headquarters office needs further expansion of research and development space and area, integration of resources, increase the efficiency.
Schaeffler under three major brands: INA and FAG, and LuK, offers solutions for rolling bearings and sliding bearings, linear and direct drive technology, engines, transmissions and chassis applications in the automotive industry supplier of high precision products and systems. Schaeffler 2012 sales of 11.1 billion euros, has about 76,000 employees around the world, Germany and one of Europe's largest family of industrial enterprises.
Today, Schaeffler has about 6,800 employees in greater China, and has 1 research and Development Center in Anting, Taicang, Suzhou, Ningxia has 6 production bases in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other places with 20 sales offices.
