Rolling failure frequency calculation method

Rolling bearing outer race fault frequency: BPFOr ≌ 0.4Nn
Rolling bearing inner ring failure frequency: BPFIr ≌ 0.6Nn
Rolling bearing cage fault frequency: FTFr ≌ 0.4N
Above symbol:
n = number of rolling element.
N = the rotational speed of the shaft.
Note: 1. Rolling bearing no sliding; 2. Rolling bearing geometry does not change; 3. Fixed bearing outer ring does not rotate.
Rolling bearing outer ring failure frequency: BPFOe ≌ N (0.5n-1.2)
Rolling bearing inner ring failure frequency: BPFIe ≌ N (0.5n +1.2)
Rolling rolling element fault frequency: BSFe ≌ N (0.2n-1.2 / n)
Rolling bearing cage fault frequency: FTFe ≌ N (0.5-1.2 / n)
