RKB: Prof. Cretu chairman at World Tribology Congress 2013



Spiridon Cretu, head of the RKB Engineering and Research Department, held the “Rolling Bearings 1” session at the World Tribology Congress, which took place in Turin (Italy) from September 8 to 13. The main objective of the meeting was to provide a unique opportunity of discussion concerning recent progresses in different aspects of tribology and strengthen the link between academy and industry. In addition, Prof. Cretu, during “Rolling Bearing 2” session, presented the paper “An Elastic-Plastic Approach on Misalignment Effects in Cylindrical Roller Bearings”, he wrote based also on his long experience with RKB.
